An ideal candidate will have previous experience working as Kitchen Porter; excellent communication and time management skills; ability to work in a team and on own initiative; be flexible and have good level of spoken English.
As a Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding floor area, deliveries, basic food prep and assisting other kitchen staff in their daily tasks.

Kitchen Porter Job Responsibilities:
Carrying out basic cleaning tasks to the required standards
Collecting and washing up pots and pans manually
Empty rubbish bins
Receiving, checking & unloading food & packaging deliveries
Ensuring the storeroom and all kitchen and floor area remains clean and organised at all times
Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised
Be prepared to carry out additional duties outside of general job description
Ensuring that at the end of each shift the kitchen is ready for the next shift
Requirements of the Kitchen Porter Job
Experience as a Kitchen Porter
Good level of spoken English
Teamwork and time management skills
Personal Transport a definite advantage but not essential, free parking available.
