Duties & responsibilities:
• Bake and package varying quantities of baked goods for next day delivery.
• Daily orders to be filled, distributing to all Art of Coffee locations.
• Maintain a calm demeanor in this fast paced environment.
• Comply with and trained on HACCP and food safety.
• Follow all HACCP procedures.
• Ensure that food hygiene and health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
• Proven chef training
• 2 years relative chef experience
• Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
• Passionate about all things coffee and food
• Flexible with regards to hours of work
• Chef skills, with a knowledge and understanding of food
