At Castleknock Hotel we are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for Earth & Vine Restaurant.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager the ideal candidate must have no less than 2 years Restaurant Management experience within the Hotel Industry. Our ideal candidate will have a professional approach at all times, have excellent mentoring leadership skills, passion for food and beverage and be knowledgeable of budgeting, forecasting and GP.
Interviews for this role will take place over the next few weeks and we will require our candidate to be available to start work in preparation for our re-opening, which is currently 1st December 2020.
To establish and implement standards of performance within the Restaurant
To work with the Executive Head Chef in reviewing menu’s and standards for these
To achieve the agreed budget for all areas, ensuring that all costs and expenditure are controlled at all levels, and to set up purchasing specifications as and when required.
To train, mentor and motivate the team and ensure they are constantly developed and challenged
To be responsible for ensuring that cash procedures are followed in relation to the following
