Located in the heart of Connemara on the wild Atlantic way the Carna Bay Hotel are looking to recruit a senior chef de partie/sous chef to join our team.
We strive to keep our menu fresh, inviting and innovative. The finest ingredients are incorporated into constantly changing menus that are perfectly executed and served by our dedicated kitchen staff.
The ideal candidate:
3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
A creative and passionate approach to the production of food.
Someone who takes great pride in producing quality food at all times.
Someone who will ensure consistency in the quality of dishes at all times.
Must be willing to contribute to the menu
Able to work as part of a team
Must be fluent in English
