Wright's of Marino have opened an award winning deli and take away in the original fish shop premises.

Every day we provide a hot joint of the day, Roast beef, Ham, Seafood paella, Turkey, Pulled pork on our hot plate to add to our gourmet sandwich & freshly prepared salad selection. We can also prepare freshly made ready meals to go which include a smoked salmon quiche, fish pie, green thai prawn curry, chicken & broccoli bake, seafood lasagne & many more all available to take away & enjoy at home or eat in the park.

We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join out kitchen and assist our Head Chef cooking our daily speacials.

Must have 2 years commis chef experience. Must have experience in a professional kitchen.

Full time permanent position. Salary per annum Euro 30,000.

39 hours per week.

Duties will include:
Cooking food to order.
Helping the head chef during lunch service.
Help with kitchen health and hygiene proceedures.
Help with stock control.
