Uppercross House Hotel
We are looking for a dynamic 2nd/sous chef to help run our busy kitchen from June onward. We are a Rathmines based hotel serving breakfasts, dinners, functions, and a take away service. We will be busy.
We offer innovative rotating menus with fresh and seasonal ingredients, and the ideal candidate will play a role in creating these with the head chef.
At least 1 years experience as a sous chef required for the role (or 4 years as a chef de partie in similar environment).
Must have a demonstrable record of working well under pressure.
Proficiency with English is essential, and good references are required.
