We are looking to recruit a QA / Web Tech Administrator to join our Digital Team. Responsible for organizing, prioritizing and assessing new business and administrative requests across our digital platforms, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with web experience to play an integral role in the evolution of our websites.
The ideal candidate would be:
An ambitious and enthusiastic professional with 2+ years’ experience in a digital role;
Qualification in a business or technical field;
Technical appreciation for the underlying platforms, systems and ways of working that support the delivery of front-end digital solutions; including CMS systems, integration principles, DevOps and agile delivery methodologies;
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and agencies as required (technical and non-technical language);
Knowledge / background in digital marketing desirable;
Willing to travel to company locations across the globe for short periods of time;
Fluent in English;
Driving license desirable.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work with the Head of Web Solutions and Digital Agencies to co-ordinate business requirements to web systems.
Assisting with feature requests/user stories and digital support tickets.
Ensure user stories and requirements are supplemented and supported by appropriate levels of documentation, processes, data models or other artefacts that support effective delivery.
QA testing to determine whether requirements meet the quality of deliverables.
QA testing all website rollouts, internal 3rd party and integration systems.
Ensure feature and web tool requests are in line with website governance rules and support the businesses with implementation as required.
Ensure web systems and 3rd party tools i.e. adobe experience manager and Google Tag Manager are in line with the governance rules by creating relevant accounts and user management.
