- Assisting Sous Chef in creating Menu's and Developing Dishes
- Following Health and Safety Protocols
- Practicing high level of Food Hygiene
- Managing and Training Commi Chefs
- Monitoring Waste and Waste Control
- Specialty in South East Asian Cooking and Cooking methods
- Certified in Food Production
