Chef de Partie required for restaurant in Aughrim Co. Wicklow. We require an enthusiastic chef de partie with at least two years cooking experience to work in our new Mediterranean /Balkan style restaurant. Position is permanent with an annual salary of €30,000. Required to work 39 hours per week. Duties include food preparation, menu planning, presenting quality dishes, managing and training kitchen staff, monitoring portion and waste control and adhering to all food hygiene and safety standards.
