Junior Draughting Position at busy Structural Engineering Consultancy Firm in Dublin 2.

Suit School Leaver or Student with some Technical Experience. Do you have AUTOCAD experience, looking to progress into a role where you can receive mentoring and support from highly skilled Senior Engineers and Directors to facilitate your progression, with the ability to work towards a charted membership?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly successful consultancy firm in Dublin 2, on a wide variety of projects of varying scale and in a variety of sectors, meaning no two days or projects are the same, with the potential for specific training on software such as Revit.

You will be working in a specialist, dynamic environment where you can build on your current skillset and advance your career within a skilled and dedicated team, who are invested in your career, whilst working on exciting projects in and around Dublin , from small domestic schemes to large commercial projects.

The role:

Initial roles will include general office duties
configuration of Equipment and Computers
AutoCAD experience and BIM
Production of general arrangement drawings
Structural monitoring
Preparation of CAD drawings, schedules, details and basic calculations
Opportunity to advance and study engineering at third level supported by the Practice.

The person:

AutoCAD experience
The Ideal Candidate will have good technical aptitude and ability.

Previous position holders have advanced to higher technical roles.
