McGinty & O' Shea Ltd require a General Foreman (Civil) to facilitate their growing workload & continued expansion. The ideal candidate should have the following:
A minimum 10 years relevant experience as a General Foreman managing direct labour crews, sub-contractors & with responsibility for the day to day management of the site
Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets
Be a good communicator & motivator of direct workforce
Have an excellent knowledge of current Health & Safety requirements & an ability to manage & implement Health & Safety standards on site
Be able to set up & maintain traffic management plans
Hold CSCS cards for SLG at roadworks, location of underground services & confined spaces
Be proficient in keeping clear & concise records
Be self-motivated
