Anthony Neville Homes are seeking to recruit a Finishing Foreman on one of their residential developments in the Leinster area.
You will be joining a company that are renowned for their residential offerings. In your role as Finishing Foreman with Anthony Neville Homes, you will be working on a large scale project delivering new homes to purchasers in Co. Kildare.
REQUIREMENTS:
A trade or qualified background.
Excellent attention to detail
Capable of meeting tight deadlines
Finishing experience on large projects
Experience in the management of sub-contractors and direct labour
Excellent communication skills and practical attitude
Be computer literate and competent with documentation
Ability to produce a quality home in a safe and efficient manner
Knowledge of current Health & Safety Legislation
Experience of working on residential projects would be advantageous.
