Building Staff Solutions (BSS) is seeking a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to work in Kilkenny you will be working alongside our client a leading Civil Engineering Group
What you have to do
Regular reports on progress and civil related aspects
Regular meetings with Subcontractors to discuss, develop and improve means of undertaking maintenance activities to ensure better performance and an extended life cycle for the asset.
Regular reporting, develop, analyse and manage budget and expenditure reports.
Review civil design elements of capital expenditure works. Compile/review tender packages/submissions
Responsible for managing a number of subcontractors & staff.
Preparing contract documentation including annual asset management plans, asset condition reports, forecasting documents,
Attendance/on site management of scheduled and unscheduled
What you need to have
Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar;
2+ years experience working with a Main Contractor / Sub-Contractor at the respective position;
Experience of civil engineering works and thorough knowledge of civil engineering practices;
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and motivated with good communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team;
