Are you a successful Bodyshop Craftworker or currently in a Supervisor role and looking to take the next step in your career? 

Established in 1984, National Vehicle Distribution has grown to become the largest provider of automotive transport, compound, bodyshop, painting, PDI & vehicle conversions to the motor industry in Ireland. Over the past 35 years, we have developed a reputation for excellence in keeping with our customers own high standards.

Our paint and bodyshop workshops in Baldonnell & Rosslare are a key part of the business.

Due to continuing business success and growth, we now have a number of fantastic opportunities available for Bodyshop Supervisor’s to join our team at our state of the art Vehicle Preparation Centre  at Baldonnell, Co Dublin.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

Be a Subject Matter Champion, supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills and expertise to assist in the delivery of improved efficiencies, reducing waste whilst maintaining work quality.
Create opportunities to motivate, coach and assist the development of colleagues.
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with all staff & trainees.
Person Specification 

Able to lead and provide the necessary assistance to the department team of skilled craftworkers & trainees in order to help others excel.
Takes ownership in all aspects of their role, working without close supervision and demonstrating effective self-management.
Demonstrates resilience, self-motivation and a commitment to assisting colleagues.
Contributes to the success of the business by staying focused on sharing knowledge, expertise and resources with others.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Strong organisational skills.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience 

Full valid driving licence.
Evidence of Right to Work within the EU.
Technical competence.
Evidence of previous relevant experience in a comparable environment.
Evidence of people leadership and development.
