Job Description:

We are seeking an accounts assistant/bookkeeper for our Cahir based office. The suitable candidate must be experienced in bookkeeping and accounts, must have high attention to detail, be ambitious and be highly organised.

Duties will include: 

·         All aspects of banking and cashflow management i.e. bank reconciliations, cashflow reporting and review of cash sheets

·         Assisting with credit collection and liaising with clients on outstanding invoices or queries

·         Monthly bank reconciliations

·         General reporting

·         Assist with the preparation of management accounts

·         Assist with payroll

·         Engage with other departments to ensure all information is up to date and accurate

·         Participate in financial projects when they arise

·         Ad Hoc duties to assist the wider finance team

·         A positive attitude, co-operative, willing to comply with company policies and procedures and work constructively with colleagues
