Ensuring a five-star, professional service is delivered to all employees and guests visiting the office to maintain the highest professional standards of verbal, written and interpersonal communications when dealing with customers, suppliers, other staff members and directors.
Route all calls and enquiries to the correct department
Day to day receptionist and general office duties acting as an administrative support to the warehouse, sales staff and directors.
Ensuring all invoicing and statements are emailed and up to date.
Ensuring all payments received are correctly noted on accounting software.
Responsibility for taking all cash and credit card payments by phone, in store and online.
Processing all online orders through our accounting software.
Develop and implement new administrative systems
Daily postal duties, both outgoing and incoming.
Arranging courier dispatch labels and deliveries, data input, filing, copying, scanning and archiving all dispatch activities.
Develop and manage filing systems
Maintain stationery and office supplies
Support other areas of the wider business when required at events etc.
Executive assistance and confidential administration support.
Liaising with customers and service engineer and organising defibrillator service schedules
