ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the identification of commercial risks and opportunities and carry out value engineering exercises as required.
Prepare and manage material procurement schedules.
Encourage and develop a culture of contractual awareness and ensure that contracts are fulfilled by rigidly maintaining records, contractual notifications, change control, etc.
Prepare internal cost/value reports for upper management and other departments
Administration of subcontractors including processing payments, obtaining final account agreements.
Be responsible for the timely production of appropriate levels of applications for payments in accordance with the provisions of the conditions of the contract.
Provide advice to the site team, and management on all contractual issues
Attend and input to relevant customer/client commercial meetings
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
At least 5 years experience.
Degree Level Qualification in Surveying.
Full, clean driver’s licence as travel between sites and head office will be required.
