We are looking for applicants who possess the following:
Degree in healthcare management or equivalent relevant 3rd level qualification
A minimum of 3 year’s senior managerial/leadership experience within the last 5 years in healthcare operations role in a healthcare or relevant organisation or proven track record in general management.
Experience of leading and managing cross boundary projects/initiatives.
Experience of managing significant change.
Experience in working at a senior level in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience of working in partnership cross- agency and/or cross sectoral working.
Experience in managing budgets.
