They are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Waterford. The Role As the Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of installation projects for renewable energy equipment. Specifically, you will deliver solar PV, wind turbine and electrical and mechanical installations, manage service contracts and support our client’s service function. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will: - Lead your team and share your knowledge to support their development - Ensure that customers receive an excellent service and are satisfied with projects - Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts - Help to win new business by preparing and submitting tenders - Make sure that all staff have completed H&S training - Contribute to the strategic development of the business About You To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need: - At least five years’ post-qualification experience - Project management experience - Electrical design experience - A degree level qualification in electrical engineering or similar - A full driving licence Ideally, you will have experience of renewable energy projects, but this is not essential. Other organisations may call this role Project Delivery Manager, Renewable Energy Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, M&E Project Engineer, M&E Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Senior Mechanical Engineer, or Senior Electrical Engineer. This is a full-time role, working 8:30 – 17:00, Monday – Thursday, and 8:30 – 16:00 on Friday.
