The successful applicant must have an excellent telephone manner and very good communication, IT and administrative skills.
* Answering phone, taking and distributing messages
* Filing, scanning and other general administrative tasks
* Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner
*Checking incoming correspondence throughout the day and distributing to relevant personnel
* Providing cover for other roles where applicable
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role 4- Competent in MS Office
* Ability to work in a very busy environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills This is a fulltime position but consideration would be given to candidates who required flexible working conditions.
