Rockford Healthcare supply Irish Hospitals with Medical Products. We require an Administrator with relevant experience to assist with a variety of Administrative tasks within the company. These Tasks include but are not limited to: Report Generation for Regulatory Compliance. Dealing With Customer Queries both on the phone and via email. Processing Sales Orders Generation of a variety of Commercial Reports. Providing Holiday back up to other Company Administrators. Liaising with Suppliers. Co-ordination of Field Service work. Liaison with Shippers and Couriers. Assisting with Mailshots and Promotions. Database management. Key Requirements are: Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel. Experience in dealing with Accounts packages like Efacs or Quickbooks or other similar systems.
