Kepak is one of Ireland’s leading meat producers with 15 manufacturing plants in Ireland and the UK. To manage the Hygiene Department ensuring that the Company complies with all relevant legislation. Ensure hygiene standards and targets of cleanliness are achieved and continuously improved. To support the production process through the continuous monitoring of hygiene standards of the plant, machinery and grounds. Local site procedures to be adhered to. Be able to identify opportunities to improve the function and reduce costs whilst ensuring full conformity.
