Job Description:

We are looking for a HR administrator to join our team in our Tipperary office to manage our HR related platforms. Experience in HR is essential.

The suitable candidate must:

Develop the content including HR content for the company's media platforms and continue to develop them in line with the key company objectives.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales conversions in alignment with the overall strategy
Assist with the planning and execution of web, database, email, social media tactics
Update and maintain the website and other digital marketing channels
Measure and report the campaign performance to management
Develop a SEO strategy.
Maintain a highly organised and efficient digital marketing implementation process.
Maintain and improve the customer experience.
Contribute to the overall Marketing Strategy of the company as a key member of the Marketing Team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Marketing or another relevant field
Prior experience in digital marketing and social media management
Knowledge and experience of Digital Media Promotional Strategies
Excellent writing and communication skills
