Job Description:

The receptionist has one of the most important and rewarding roles within a busy clinic. The receptionist ensures that our patients enjoy the highest of standards of care. It's a varied role which takes into account all the departments within the clinic.

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years reception experience and must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be a team player with the ability to multi task and have a fine eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:  
To greet patients in a warm, friendly manner
Answer the telephone in a friendly, professional manner and dealing with enquiries.  Take appointments correctly.  Complete patient paperwork.  Promote and sell the clinics services.  Ensure billing is correctly done to the agreed standards.  Deal with any patient queries.  
Adhere to all Clinic policies including Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc.  Effective communication with other employees to ensure the day to day business runs smoothly.  
Cleaning reception, bathroom and staff room.
