We are seeking a highly motivated individual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an interest in career progression within the Health Care Sector.
The successful applicant will join part of an, office based, out of hours support team.
Operating 4pm to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 9.30 pm Weekends and Bank Holidays. Working on a rostered basis, you will provide an out of hours support to a remote team of care providers, clients and their families.
Phone support for staff, clients and families
Scheduling absence and emergency cover for Home Support Services
Maintaining client and staff data base
Preparing activity reports
Provide administrative support
Working as part of a positive and supportive team
Proven strong organisational skills
Ability to work in a reliable and confidential way
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy challenging and progressive environment
1 years’ experience working in an administrative support role
MS Office Proficient
Experience providing a professional service to Clients
Experience working with confidential information
Customer care experience
Further Experience that will be an advantage
Experience working in an out of hours or call center environment
Experience working in a Home Care or Health Care setting
Health Care qualification
