Trailco specialise in Maintenance, Hire and Sales of HGV’s. We are looking to recruit a full time Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to join the team based in Clondalkin Dublin 22.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to manage the bookkeeping and compliance function and assist in producing real time and accurate financial information. You will control and manage the accounts function assisted by an external Accountant.

Primary Responsibilities

Ø  Preparation of accounts to Trail Balance stage including data entry of purchases, sales and bank accounts.

Ø  Collection of Debtors Accounts

Ø  Manage all payments to Creditors

Ø  Planning monthly budget.

Ø  Overseeing weekly payroll

Ø  Arranging Vat returns

Experience in a similar type role is essential. A competitive salary is on offer to the right candidate and training will be supplied on the company’s systems. This role is Monday to Friday.
