Accounts Assistant required for maternity cover. Part time role 25 hours over a 5 day week.
Review all rates on invoices in transport system and approve before exporting to accounts package.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales invoicing from transport system.
Resolving invoice queries raised by customers.
Liaise with subcontractors re rate for their invoices.
Organise motor tax for company vehicles and update excel tracker of same.
Other administrative duties as required e.g. weekly stationery order.
Answering emails and phones.
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of excel and word.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Pervious experience in transport sector an advantage.
