OIC Cleaning are excited to recruit for the position of a Client Services Manager to join a busy and dynamic team.

The primary responsibility of our Client Services Managers is to ensure that an effective and efficient service is provided to all new and existing clients from start to finish.

If you are someone from a cleaning background with previous supervision/management experience and want to work in a growing organisation, this is the role for you.


With the support from HR you will be responsible for the full staff management cycle including recruitment, training, development and engagement. As well as the over all supervision of your Cleaning Operatives.
Conduct weekly Site Audits to ensure cleaning standards are maintained at all times
Meet and communicate with Clients on a regular basis to ensure that Client needs are met at all times.
Ensure to partake in workshops and training provided.
Adhere to Health and Safety at all times
Complete payroll

Ideal Candidate

Previous cleaning experience essential
Previous supervision/management experience essential
Have previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Full Clean Drivers License Required
Ability to work in a fast paced multi site operation that requires travel.
Great attention to detail
Exceptional cleaning standards
Ambition to succeed
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
