Job Description:

A growing Dublin City Centre company is seeking to recruit a bookkeeper/office administrator.

This is a multi task role with the successful candidate reporting to management and having responsibility for a full range of day to day tasks. The role will be a remote working role and can be based anywhere in Ireland

Key Tasks:

Daily bookkeeping duties using Surf Accounts
Processing of purchase invoices and supplier payments
Accounts Payable
Processing of sales invoices and customer receipts
Accounts Receivable
General office administration
Other ad hoc duties

Key Requirements: · Close attention to detail and accuracy with numbers · Knowledge of accounting and business processes· Good computer skills and experience with Word, Excel & Outlook · To be honest, discreet and trustworthy· To be reliable, dependable, hardworking, proactive and able to work on own initiative·
Prior General Office experience desirable· Some knowledge or ability to quickly learn how to input data into various systems
