About the Job:

Buildtech is looking for experienced schedulers to join our maintenance team, on a part-time permanent basis. You will be reporting to our Maintenance Manager, working with our Scheduling team and the wider team of technicians to ensure the smooth running of all operations.

This position is a fast-paced role where you need excellent attention to detail, organizational, and customer relations skills.

We operate within the ISO 9001:2015 QMS, so experience or knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 would be an advantage.

As we offer an, out of hours, emergency call-out service, this position will require you to be on call, on a rostered basis, to deal with out of hours emergency calls.

This will be three days on - three days off, alternating shift pattern averaging 25 hours a week. Day shift will be 7 hours & evening shift will be 6 hours

Preference will be given to candidates that complete both Aptitude tests

Responsibilities and Duties:

Scheduling, Planning and Job co-ordination
Job Oversight and management
Producing Work Reports
Producing Quotations
Updating clients and homeowners on work progress
Procurement
Stock Control
Performance tracking
Personal Requirements:

Our scheduler roles will require you to be:

Highly Organised
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Strong Leadership Skills
Strong IT skills
Have a strong knowledge base of residential buildings
Excellent customer service skills.
Be able to understand the client's concerns and diagnose the problem quickly.
Be an excellent communicator.
Must be a fluent English speaker.
You must be able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own using your initiative.
Honest in your dealings with the client and the company
