Digital Marketing Executive:

Manage and oversee a significant marketing spend with the objective of expanding an already successful skincare brand into new European territories via a B2C website
Define and implement an effective content marketing strategy including setting objectives, auditing effectiveness, evaluating ROI, defining content types for brand storytelling and lead generation as well as, depending on country, defining Influencer Relationship Marketing
Manage Agencies (SEO, PPC, Social) and ensure effectiveness of campaigns
Set editorial direction, commission new articles, and oversee influencer outreach.
Work with the SEO agency to define the strategy for SEO and plan improvements across the website to boost awareness and visits
Write a variety of content across channels, including blog posts, repurposing hero content, crafting tailored and personalised email campaigns, and social media
Liaise with Designers or Developers to optimize landing pages for optimum quality scores and create branding of banners etc. for key data capture.
Increase awareness of the brand, product and services both internally and externally
Update online content via the CMS (WordPress) and email marketing platforms
Pro-actively look for ways to grow leads and enhance engagement/conversion
Maintain a high level of product knowledge

Technical/Specific Experience

Omni-channel marketing experience (SEO, PPC, Social etc)
Expert understanding of digital media, digital measurements and metrics
Video production experience an advantage
Experience in WordPress and understanding of HTML
Experience in writing for different audiences
Experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience
Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop skills
Experience working with Graphic Designers on infographics and interactive graphics
Understand regulatory requirements which impact content management
Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills

Professional Qualifications and Associations

Degree or relevant qualification in digital marketing with the CIM or similar
Previous marketing experience
