The Marketing Manager is an exciting role which will drive the business portfolio objectives of the RIAM as it expands its national and global reach through the RIAM 175 Strategy.
Reporting to the Director and Head of RIAM Connect, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing a marketing strategy to include digital and social media for the RIAM Conservatoire, RIAM Exams, Events, Publications, Lifelong Learning, and other integral departments of the organisation.
Knowledge and Experience ·
You will ideally have 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with both B2B and B2C experience ·
You will be results oriented and KPI driven with excellent multitasking skills · You will have digital and social media skills ·
You will be a critical thinker and have good problem-solving skills ·
You will be a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with RIAM leadership on performance ·
You will have experience or training in the arts
Key Skills ·
You will have written and disseminated good quality marketing content that captures the voice and brand identity of the organisation ·
You will have put together a marketing plan with KPIs and reviewed same ·
You will have a third level qualification in business, the arts or marketing ·
You have experience with social media management tools, SEO, and social media promotional tactics ·
You have excellent knowledge of digital marketing best practice ·
You have a deep interest in, and commitment to, music or the arts
The successful candidate will commence on Point 1 of the Staff Officer Grade V Scale which is €43,633 (part time salary prorata)
Annual Leave: 29 Days per annum (part time pro-rata)
