As a Mechanical Technician working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the pharmaceuticals sector. This job is a shift role and based in a global facility in Swords, Dublin.

You will be working with like-minded mechanical experts alongside a LotusWorks Calibration and Electrical team based on the same site. The facility is state of the art and provides the opportunity to work on new equipment and world class processes.

Your Responsibilities:

Document daily operational activities
Document all third-party vendor and subcontractor presence at facility
Create and maintain logs for maintaining and documenting changes made to mission critical monitoring systems including other monitoring systems.
Mechanical maintenance and fault finding
Supporting the development maintenance routines, both Preventative (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (PM) within a highly regulated environment.
Monitor, Operate and maintain HVAC, Hot water, Humidification, Plant steam, Soft water, Compressed air, Chillers and Cooling towers generation and Distribution systems
Ensure all systems operates as per design criteria
Interact with the Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP) and execute all PM & CM activities as issued by the system.
Requirements:

Qualified Mechanical Technician or Mechanical Fitter
Min of 5 years’ experience in mechanical HVAC and utilities.
Must have experience working within the Pharmaceutical or Biologics industry.
Strong practical mechanical knowledge.
