We are currently looking for fluent Dutch to join our technical support team based in Leixlip, west of Dublin. This is an entry-level position for Dutch speakers with full training and support provided, including relocation.

Duties:
- Respond to queries via phone, mail and ticket system promptly and professionally
- Resolve queries using the relevant tools and systems
- Work to achieve individual and team-specific goals, and improve customer satisfaction
- Assist with mentoring new hires and creating a great work environment

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enthusiastic and motivated to take charge of both customer satisfaction and query resolution.
