Client Services Account Manager required to work in busy Office Environment.
Duties Include:
Contract Fleet Management
Account Administration and Invoicing month end for customers
Management of maintenance, repairs and vehicle service
Dealing with all queries via email and telephone
Ad hoc administration
Co-ordination of regional service engineers
Scheduling and arrangement of Preventative Maintenance checks, RSA 12/26 weeks inspections, NCT/CVRT Testing
Vehicle Registration and Taxing
Arranging and providing courtesy vehicles
Planning of Logistics –arranging collection and return of customer vehicles
Computer Literate - Microsoft Office Excel & Word &Sage Accounts Experience
Self Motivated & Ability to work on own initiative
Skills:
Sage 50, Customer Support, Account Management, Fleet Management.
Salary:
€35,000-€45,000
Permanent / Full-time
