Headquartered in Ireland, delivering throughout Europe, Winthrop Engineering & Contracting is a leading engineering company employing circa 600 people in 2020. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add additional administrative site support to our Dublin 22 location. Reports to: Project Manager
Responsibilities
Monitoring and inputting hours on timesheets
Arrange meetings on site and taking minutes
Control of all delivery dockets, checking sign-in sheets
Filing of all site paperwork - employee training records and maintain safety files
General administrative duties including filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers, faxing etc.
Time administration, project documentation
Export files as needed
Skills, Qualification & Experience
Strong administration skills with minimum 2 years’ experience
Strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork
Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
