Beechfield Healthcare Ltd are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Office/Accounts Administrator, to join our expanding Healthcare Company in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
We are looking for a reliable Senior Office/Accounts Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks in specific sectors of the business.
The tasks of the administrator will include bookkeeping, dealing with customers and suppliers, managing, recording and organising calls and correspondence with customers, therapists and members of the general public.
They will be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, trustworthy and be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision.
Coordinate activities in specific departments to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policy.
Create and update records and databases with personal, financial, and other data.
Manage agendas/appointments/assessments, etc for the Sales Team.
Manage phone calls and correspondence and update company CRM.
Submit timely accounts reports for the Accounts Manager and sales reports for the Sales Manager.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Proven experience, at least two years’ experience as an office administrator, accounts assistant or similar role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and the ability to prioritise tasks.
The ability to work under pressure and show initiative.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent organisational and time management skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
Qualification/Experience in accounts will be an advantage, knowledge of Intact Software would be a distinct advantage.
Experience in the Medical Industry will be an advantage.
