We are seeking a Financial Administrator on behalf of a client. This role is on a part-time basis, approximately 12 hours per week (flexible). The role is with a small to medium-sized charity with a number of small reporting entities. The role will be located in Dublin 6w.


Proven track record in financial management and bookkeeping
Third Level relevant qualification or similar
At least two years’ experience in a similar role
Good computer skills
Self-motivated and ability to work on your own.
Good organisational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintaining the accounts to include monthly bank reconciliation, quarterly investment reconciliations, and processing of accounts payable and receipts.
Assisting local bookkeepers with financial queries
Preparing year-end Trial balance and reports for the annual audit.
Liaising with, Fundraisers, Investment Managers, Solicitors, Insurance Brokers, and Auditors.
Assisting the trustees with internal governance issues
Finance Office Administration

Please Note

Salary: Commensurate with Experience
The probationary period is 6 month which may be extended up to a year
