CAW now require a Wastewater Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will have an in-depth knowledge of wastewater and sludge treatment process engineering, and be proficient in process measurement/process optimisation and statistical data analysis. CAW has developed a “Lean Manufacturing” approach to delivering its services and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, 5S and other continuous improvement techniques would be of benefit.

Good communication and people skills are essential, the role will also require proficiency in document and report writing, and presenting of data/information. Ability to translate data analysis to process optimisation and project manage any such optimisation.

A postgraduate qualification (MSc or PhD) in a relevant Environmental Science, Microbiology or Chemical, Environmental, Civil Engineering field is required. Relevant industry experience would be preferable but is not essential. Process safety familiarity would be desirable but not essential.

The appointment is on a permanent basis in Dublin, although infrequent travel to company locations in Ireland and the UK may be necessary.
