Job Description:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT REQUIRED

MULLINGAR

The ideal candidate will have previous administration/accounts experience, have a high attention to detail and a drive to see things through. They will possess strong organisational /communication skills and be able to work as part of a hardworking team or on their own initiative with a positive can do attitude. An ability to work in a fast paced environment, while working to strict targets and deadlines will be required. Must have excellent IT skills to include Microsoft office along with accounting packages.

Duties:
• Supporting the management team with various administration tasks.
• Maintaining files and records.
• Ensuring supporting files are up to date.
• Ensuring all statutory documents are accurate, completed and up to date.
• Liaising with the company accountant on the preparation of daily/ weekly and monthly financial and management accounts.
• Filing and general administration support.
• Other ad hoc activities as required by management
