We are recruiting  Full and Part time Service staff to join our team at Quirc Café. 

Quirc Café is a modern and customer focused cafe in the Heart of Straffan.

Open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 9am to 4pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm.

This position would suit someone with experience working in a busy café/ retail environment.

Full & Part Time Service staff required 

The ideal candidate will be

Barista trained with a knowledge of understanding coffee
Have strong customer service skills 
Fluent English is required and a professional and polite manner is essential.
Knowledge of food preparation 
Health and Safety regulations /HACCP trained 
1 year experience in a similar role
Flexible to work 5 days over 7 
Flexible with the ability to work on own initiative as well as working as part of the team
Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and serving 
Liaising with customers, taking orders
Using the till 
Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, clean and wash floors, empty bins, clean waste disposal unit, fill and empty dishwasher  
Follow Covid 19 regulations 
Maintain HACCP Standards.
