We have a vacancy for a HEAVY GOODS VEHICLE 3rd / 4th year APPRENTICE MECHANIC

Previous experience working with trucks would be an advantage. This position is full time with, excellent working conditions and opportunity for additional training.

Main Duties:

Service and repair customers’ vehicles as required.
Keep accurate time records and job descriptions on work orders.
Tidy up work area immediately upon completion of job and before commencing next job.
Attend to Breakdowns during the day as required.
To be available for overtime when required.
Maintain and increase mechanical skills and knowledge.
To progress to and achieve Scania Standard Times for as many jobs as possible.
Understand and work in accordance with Scania Dealer Operating Standards (DOS)

Qualifications and Experience:

Full Clean C1 Licence Preferable, full Clean B Licence Essential
Good oral and written English.
