We have an opening for a Transport Planner to coordinate the vehicles in Ireland.

Responsibilities and Duties

Receiving and processing customer bookings

Data entry and job progressing on to our in-house system & our customer's systems

Planning drivers collections and deliveries with awareness of drivers tachograph hours regulations

Booking & updating job

Customer service

Managing fleet availability for garage maintenance/testing

Problem-solving

Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 2 Years experience in a similar role
Good communications skills on email and verbally
Good IT skills
Geographical knowledge of Northern and Southern Ireland
Knowledge of drivers tachograph rules
