This is a Temporary Part Time position 5 days a week Monday – Friday. Immediate start.
10 – 15 hours per week, flexibility regarding a mix of remote working and attending office in Rush, North County Dublin.
This is a great opportunity for an Experienced Accounts Assistant with Sage skills.
• Assisting with general accounts and administrative duties.
• Preparation of accounts, manually logging dockets, receipts etc.
• Other admin / accounts duties as requested.
The ideal person for this job will have:
• Experience with Sage is essential.
• Relevant accounts/admin experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Computer literacy with good working knowledge of the MS office suite, particularly excel.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Candidate should be proficient in both oral and written English.
• Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.
