Boundary Blade Ltd , based in Dublin 12 is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join their small dynamic team.
Specialising in agricultural tools and industrial vacuums, this key sales position will have responsibility for the market and expanding services to new customers and sectors.
As a BDM, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with clients and the company’s team.
This is a permanent role suited to someone with experience in selling and business development with at least 60% of your time spent on the road.
Build and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop strategies to engage target clients/industries.
Refine and develop key offerings and supporting data and promotional materials.
Attend industry events and represent the company.
Focus on achieving New business sales targets, Maintaining existing business and growing the business by selecting key new clients and developing relations with all levels of their organisation.
Ability to foster excellent relations with all customers and key decision makers as well as with key partners in the industry.
Provide weekly and monthly reports as required against set targets to the board
Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team working skills.
Previous experience of competitive sales.
Ability to prioritise workload & work to deadlines.
A high degree of organisational skills and an ability to work on your own initiative.
Engineering / Agricultural background may be an advantage.
Full Clean driving license.
‘Can do’ attitude!
Base in Leinster with travel in UK & Ireland
25K- 35K , DOE with a strong commission structure attached and company vehicle
