We seek a talented production office co-ordinator who will be responsible for various crucial, time-sensitive tasks in the pre-production, production and postproduction stages. We're a very hard-working, driven team and keen to find someone with great organisational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication is a key as well as passion for production. Previous experience strongly preferred.

Job Description
Document Management
Issue updated drawings to the production team
Assign drawings to cut list
Drawing handover to the manufacturing floor
Ensure all projects folders (drawings, emails, etc.) are maintained and updated
Produce miscellaneous documents for manufacturing supervisors (on request)
Produce various documents and reports for the Production Manager
Print labels for parts in the spray shop
Print drawings and labels for outsourced items arrival
Liaise with all departments to identify missing items
Occasionally identify missing items on site and take appropriate actions
Work Scheduling and Data Collection
Work in conjunction with the operations team to create an optimal work schedule for the manufacturing floor
Ensure the Production Manager is updated with work projections
Identify "bottle necks" and inform the Production Manager and Operation's Director when they may occur
Maintain and keep up to date production meeting minutes, including information received from projects and production
Liaise with the Operations Director and produce various graphs and reports weekly for presentation to Management & the Board of Directors
Verify and calculate the assigned team job cards for job costing reports

Previous experience required
Microsoft Office including Project and PowerPoint
Knowledge of E-Drawings Viewer
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to focus and prioritise tasks
Strong organisational and planning skills
Good communicator - both internal and external
