Act as first point of contact for the business.
Manage busy switchboard for main reception.
Efficiently managing all inquiries and bookings-made via phone, email and in person.
Process sales and purchase invoices on to accounting package.
Office filing and updating of customer records on the database.
Manage the scheduling of the service department via Workpal platform.
Strong IT processing skills (Word, Excel and Access).
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent level of written and spoken English.
Background in bookkeeping is highly desirable
