Job Description:

Rigney Dolphin are currently recruiting for Full Time Customer Service Representatives for their Waterford office.

General Responsibilities

Answering Inbound or making outbound calls to customers with queries in relation to their account, in a timely, efficient and professional manner

Accurately documenting all calls using the appropriate computer systems

Following up on any unresolved queries and completing any call back requests in a timely manner

Providing advice, information and solutions to all customers

To maintain and develop a strong level of knowledge, and to keep up to date with any new procedures assigned to the campaign you are assigned too

Working to achievable targets within a strong team orientated environment

To adhere to quality scripts and to maintain a high level of quality scores

Ability to adapt to new changes in a fast pace environment

To represent the company in a positive and professional way at all times

Display a positive attitude and high level of commitment

To attend weekly/monthly meeting to discuss overall performance with your line manager.

Comply with all security requirements identified under ISO 27001

Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your Team Leader

 

Skills/ Experience Required

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong computer skills required

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work in high volume, high pressure and deadline oriented environment

Dealing with calls of a sensitive nature

Ability to work independently as a contributing team member

Excellent telephone voice in terms of tone, clarity of speech, pronunciation and proper use of grammar.

Strong listening skills

Organisational and coordinating skills, the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism

Consistent in attendance and stable work history

Proven ability to provide the best customer service

3 years previous customer service or call centre experience required
