EZ Living Interiors is seeking a Sales Administrator in our Drogheda store for Maternity Cover. This is a very varied and rewarding role that will suit a candidate who has gained the required skills throughout their career to date.
Key areas of responsibility
Daily cash up and banking.
Processing and verifying finance logs and finance applications, in line with company finance application guidelines, applying for finance drawdown, when required.
Respond to and resolve queries from stores, in particular dealing with customer and delivery queries.
Managing paperwork for store deliveries and collections.
Updating collection dockets, accessory orders and store collection requests.
Liaising with the logistics department and head office on service issues.
Liaise with Sales Executives to ensure timely delivery of sales orders.
Organise and maintain appropriate filing and record-keeping, ready for auditing inspection.
Carrying out necessary ad-hoc administration duties.
The role requires:
Strong software skills: an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential and an understanding of Intact would be a bonus.
A good understanding of the wider business environment (sales, logistics, marketing and customers) and the pivotal importance of this role within that context.
