Job Description:

This role provides excellent scope for an experienced Administrator who will provide comprehensive customer service and administrative support working as part of our sales team, ensuring that the highest customer service levels are maintained throughout the team.

Principal Duties:

To prioritise customer care. 

Provide a friendly and positive customer service by telephone, in order to attract sales and ensure repeat business.

To understand customer needs and be pro-active when dealing with queries and requirements.

Ongoing customer care and relationship development for existing business.

Work with the managers, sales reps and drivers to ensure clear communication throughout the department in order that goods are dispatched accurately and on time.

Report and provide regular feedback to your line manager to ensure a good standard of procedure.

Ensure that the day to day administration is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.

Entering and processing all data using CODAS.

Display strong team leadership skills to inspire best performance throughout the team.

Ongoing improvements to the administration systems in order to make the job effective.

To achieve agreed sales and meet Corrib Reward targets.

To remain professional while handling customer complaints in a fair and reasonable manner.

Demonstrate high standards of product knowledge.

 

Key Skills/Knowledge/Requirements for the role:

2 – 4 years’ experience in office/sales administration.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers to achieve desired results.

Ability to work with and as part of a team including managers, sales representatives and drivers.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, as well as external customers. A team player is a must at all

times.

Proficient in Excel and Word and able to use I.T. systems (including CODAS) in an effective manner for the role.

Ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Confident decision-making skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Available to work weekends and at other locations if required.
